We recommend replacing your charms every few months, as repeated stress can eventually cause breakage. Please be mindful of their limits and handle them with care. Once in your possession, we cannot take responsibility for any damage or breakage.
✧ Do not use any harsh chemicals.
✧ Please keep away from small kids and pets.

✧ Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

✧ We're confident you'll adore your new charms, but if you find they're not the perfect fit and wish to initiate a return, simply submit a return request to info@junnacharms.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that all charms are in unused condition. As a small business, we're currently unable to provide complimentary return shipping. Once we receive your return and confirm the product is in new condition, we'll promptly process your refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

✧ Our charms can be attached to any phone with a full coverage case using our XXS Charm Connector or Phone Charm Card, both available under Add Ons.

✧ Our charms can also be used on other tech devices that support a safety strap, such as the DJI Pocket 3, GoPro HERO9, and most travel size cameras.
